Peterborough housing association Cross Keys Homes has been ranked number 17 in the Top50social landlords across the country.
Thelist hasbeenproduced by 24 Housing magazine to celebrate the work of the so- cial housing sector’s very best landlords.
Theaccolade comesshortly after the association was named by Inside Housing magazine and placed in 22nd position among the 50 Biggest Builders for the number of homes in the pipeline.
Chief executive Claire Higgins said: “It is really great news that CKH has been recognised nationally, highlighting that we are definitely up there with the very best.
“We are always developing innovative and efficient ways to enhance the communities in which we work and to support our tenants.”
Cross Keys has also been shortlisted for two 24 Housing awards.
Its GreenSkills project has been shortlisted for best training scheme, while resident board chair, Rachel Blakemore, is shortlisted in the Tenant Championcategories in this year’s awards. The winners will be announced in October.
