Full steam ahead at new venue

Ramsey Steam and Vintage Show bursts back into life this weekend with a new home - in March.

It is a chancetoexperience thesightsandsoundsof a1950 Razenburg 110 key dance organ as you enter the event, then the sight of over 500 exhibits on display from large and small steam engines, vintage commercials, tractors, classic cars and motorcycles.

There will, of course, be a widevarietyoftradestallsselling all sorts of goods.

The Power Pulling Association will be demonstrating tractor pulling withsomevery powerful machines on view, and there will be two full days of arena displays.

Lookoutforperformances by the Wild Bunch Cowboys in their purpose built town, a free circus skills workshop with Pedro the clown, The Blue Bird steel band will be playing all the best music to getyouintothecarnivalmood, and Wisbech street dance club Studio 24/7 will be giving street dance demonstrations in a not-to-be-missed show.

Pet ownerscantakepartin a fun dog show - 12 fun classes including best fancy dress, best trick, and many more.

And on the subject of animals, petscornerhas parrots, owls andthe adorable alpacas on show.

Liveentertainmentisavailable in the onsite beer tent on Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon.
