Burglar stole TV from city home

A burglar stole a TV while a residentwasstillintheproperty.

The burglary happened at some point between 7.15pm and 7.25pm on Sunday, August 21, when an offender entered a house in Windmill Street, Millfield, Peterborough via an unlocked door.

Hethen stole a television from the lounge whilst the occupant was in the prop- erty.

DC Dave May, investigating, said: “The victim is understandably devastated and I would appeal to anyone who was in the Millfield area around the time of the incident.”
