Consult insult

I hope you all made your views known on plans for Peterborough’s proposed devolution, which confusingly will mean us joining up with Cambridgeshire. The deadline for the public’s comments has passed and of course if we all said we were agin it they would abandon the plans. Yeah, right. Public consultation is up there with economy class as a contradiction in terms. Box ticking would describe it better.
