As some­body who works in news­pa­pers I’m well aware of (and grate­ful for) the power of ad­ver­tis­ing. The ad­vert be­low from my friends at Vi­vac­ity caught my eye – or at least part of it did and, no, de­spite com­ing from York­shire, it wasn’t the prom­ise of “no join­ing fee’’. In fact if Vi­vac­ity can guar­an­tee she’s a mem­ber of their gyms they can name their price.
