Cast­ing call for young per­form­ers

The cre­ative team be­hind the Key The­atre’s panto are look­ing for three teams of eight chil­dren to join the pro­fes­sional adult cast in this year’s pan­tomime Dick Whit­ting­ton. This is an ex­cit­ing op­por­tu­nity to be a part of a pro­fes­sional com­pany and per­form on the Key The­atre stage through­out the Christ­mas pe­riod. No prior per­for­mance ex­pe­ri­ence is nec­es­sary and auditions are open to any­one aged 10 years or above (as of Au­gust 31); loves to sing, dance and act, and would rel­ish the op­por­tu­nity to gain ex­pe­ri­ence in a pro­fes­sional show. To ap­ply head to vi­vac­i­type­ter­bor­ auditions, com­plete the on­line ap­pli­ca­tion form (or down­load and print), re­turn it to the Key The­atre box of­fice in per­son or via email at thekey­ Suc­cess­ful ap­pli­cants must be able to com­mit to re­hearsals through­out Novem­ber (sched­ule to be cir­cu­lated nearer the time) and per­for­mances be­tween Thurs­day, December 1, 2016 to Sun­day, Jan­uary 8, 2017. Auditions will last for ap­prox­i­mately two hours and take place on Sun­day, Septem­ber 18 at the Key The­atre.
