Top rat­ing for Cross Keys Homes

Hous­ing as­so­ci­a­tion Cross KeysHome­shas­re­tainedthe high­est pos­si­ble rat­ing from the Gov­ern­ment’s hous­ing reg­u­la­tor, the Homes and Com­mu­ni­tiesA­gency(HCA), fol­low­ing its re­cent in-depth as­sess­ment.

Dur­ing the sum­mer, the HCA de­ter­mined how well gov­erned and fi­nan­cially vi­able the hous­ing­provider is.

The­judge­ment­saw Cross Keys rated as G1 for gov­er­nance and V1 for vi­a­bil­ity, the high­est pos­si­ble rat­ings.

Claire Hig­gins, Cross Keys chief ex­ec­u­tive, said: “This is fan­tas­tic news­for us all at CKH, es­pe­cially given the chal­lenges the hous­ing sec­tor is cur­rently fac­ing.

“It is a real tes­ta­ment to the hard work of our boards and em­ploy­ees, and high­lights the ways in which we are get­ting it right for our part­ners, in­vestors and cus­tomers.

“It also mean­swe­facethe fu­ture with a sound foun­da­tion and will be able to con­tinue with our plans to build at least 400 homes per year, as well as de­liv­er­ing our lifeen­hanc­ing ser­vices.”
