Man rushed to hospital after cardiac arrest at nursery

Emergency services were called to Sawtry DayNursery afteramansufferedacardiac arrest.
Police, the Magpas Air Ambulance and the East of England Ambulance Service were all called to the scene at 2.50pm on Monday.
Dawn Quince, early years manager at the day nursery, said: “Despite there being lots of activity and several emergency vehicles just outside the nursery, staff did an amazing job shielding the children from the scene.
“Ourthoughtsandprayers are with this man and his family.”
The man was taken to Peterborough City Hospital by land ambulance for further treatment.
His condition was described as being ‘life threatening.’
