Seen to be done

Last week I expressed surprise at the sentence handed down to the bus driver who went through a red light and smashed into a car in Werrington. Miraculously no-one was hurt but even so if you saw dash cam footage taken from the victim’s car (which is on our website) you’d be amazed the driver was not banned and was fined less than 2oo quid. The footage was not shown in court, but why on earth not?
