Digger set on fire in arson attack

A digger at a plant hire company in King’s Dyke, Whittlesey was deliberately set on fire in an arson attack. Fire crews were called out at 8.40pm on Saturday. They used two hose reels to extinguish the fire and had returned to their stations by 10.58pm. Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
