Firm signs three year partnership
Peterborough-based Ferguson Litigation Funding has completed a new deal to be the exclusive litigation funding sponsor of a national organisation. The company has signed a three year deal with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales’s (ICAEW) Insolvency & Restructuring Group. The agreement will involve both providing a voice for the insolvency and restructuring community across a range of events. These included the recent insolvency practitioner event and the Insolvency & Restructuring Group Annual Conference on June 27. FLF managing director Maurice Power said: “We are delighted to be sponsoring the specialist group over the next three years, we see the ICAEW as a recognised thought-leader in the insolvency and restructuring space. Bob Pinder, quality assurance director of ICAEW, said: “We are delighted that the team at FLF will be supporting ICAEW’s Insolvency and Restructuring Group for the next three years. “ICAEW is the largest insolvency licensing body in the UK and it’s important that we ensure that our licence holders are aware of important developments in this key sector.”
