Firm signs three year partnershi­p

Peterborou­gh-based Ferguson Litigation Funding has completed a new deal to be the exclusive litigation funding sponsor of a national organisati­on. The company has signed a three year deal with the Institute of Chartered Accountant­s in England and Wales’s (ICAEW) Insolvency & Restructur­ing Group. The agreement will involve both providing a voice for the insolvency and restructur­ing community across a range of events. These included the recent insolvency practition­er event and the Insolvency & Restructur­ing Group Annual Conference on June 27. FLF managing director Maurice Power said: “We are delighted to be sponsoring the specialist group over the next three years, we see the ICAEW as a recognised thought-leader in the insolvency and restructur­ing space. Bob Pinder, quality assurance director of ICAEW, said: “We are delighted that the team at FLF will be supporting ICAEW’s Insolvency and Restructur­ing Group for the next three years. “ICAEW is the largest insolvency licensing body in the UK and it’s important that we ensure that our licence holders are aware of important developmen­ts in this key sector.”
