You can enjoy a magical time down at Ferry Meadows this month with a new interactive app. Download Magical Park (www.magicalpark.net), wrap up warm, grab your mobile phone or tablet and turn your imagination up full blast! Combining fresh air and exercise with digital entertainment and engagement, the app enables children to earn virtual rewards by completing challenges. As the players progress through the exciting challenges, the Magical Park world expands in Ferry Meadows itself and children can chase and catch creatures and objects in this imaginative new digital world.

The Halloween-themed app, where you can spot ghosts and ghouls, is available until November 5 – just right for keeping the kids entertained throughout half term too. In addition, kids can play in additional surprise worlds filled with dinosaurs, aliens, fairies or robots.

The app is available to download onto compatible devices from Apple app store and Google play for free.

Head down to Ferry Meadows with the app ready to go and look for the starting point signs by the gate from the car park into Coney Meadow.
