New postal and proxy vote rules

Under new rules this year, proxy voters must bring photographic ID to gain access to their ballot paper. This can be sourced at the Town Hall in Bridge Street prior to the elections. Face-to-face surveys with postal voters will also be carried out at random before and after postal vote returns.
