I agree wholeheartedly with Nigel Thornton when he says bus users are once again being treated as second class citizens with regard to the closure of the travel information centre at Queensgate.

However, I would suggest that he is being a bit hasty by castigating Stagecoach for their lack of response to his request for a comment.

I’m confident that if he is prepared to be patient and wait around for long enough
