PM’s adviser to be guest speaker
High profile entrepreneur to share secrets of her success
An entrepreneur, who has been honoured by the Queen, will be the keynote speaker at a major event in Peterborough.
Caroline Plumb, who was awarded the OBE three years ago, has been involved in launching three high-profile companies over the last 15 years.
She is also one of the Prime Minister’s Business Ambassadors.
She will be joined by prominent members of the local business community at the fifth annual Rawlinsons Business Conference.
She will share her experiences of launching new firms from scratch.
She was the co-founder of insight consultancy FreshMinds and recruitment company FreshTalent, as well as founder and chief executive of cash flow forecasting company Fluidity.
The Rawlinsons Business Conference – which is free to attend - is taking place at the KingsGate Conference Centre in Staplee Way, Parnwell, on March 6 from 8.30am to 1pm.
About 120 delegates are ex- pected to attend the business conference.
Other speakers will include Allan Bird from Campbell Dallas, Anne Corder and Nel Woolcott from Anne Corder Recruitment, Ben Harper from Clarity Stack, David Woods from Greenwoods GRM Solicitors, Craig Tolliday and Luke Quince from Rawlinsons and Alex Curtis of The Lead Engine.
