Next season’s Posh boss...

-

I’d like us to be forward thinking and innovative like when we hired Fergie the first time. A young U21/reserve manager at a top club or look abroad. Try something different and if we fail let’s at least fail by thinking outside the box a little.

@NeilJhubbard

Anyone but Ferguson. Keith Hill for me.

@carlprior @Jason57478947

I would go for Fergie, but he must be more flexible with his playing formation.

@CHAMM24

More than happy to stick with Fergie. He’s well respected, familiar with the club/surroundings, has a few useful connections and won’t get into bother with officials/FA.

@Supersonic

Fergie isn’t the answer. Steve Evans should have got three years.

@PufcNathan

Paul Hurst. Excellent season with Shrewsbury and a top lower league manager who gets the best out of his players.

@campufc

Happy if Fergie stays, but won’t be dismayed if he doesn’t. Fergie/MacAnthony seems to be the best working fit for Posh.

@capper_mike

We need to take 2-3 years to build the club back up. League One football isn’t the end of the world. The constant demands of trying to get promoted over securing the club’s foundations gets managers sacked.

@mattmechem

The next boss should be someone who won’t get sacked mid season.

@Dines_11

Fergie for stability. The cycle of sacking managers every January or February should stop. Players need to take responsibility and step up.

@WaikanaeBlues

Fergie is the right choice. Darragh doesn’t seem able to work with anyone else, and he will bring long-term thinking to the the playing squad that is desperately needed.

@CrispLevi

Fergie with a 3-year plan to get us promoted and to enjoy our football again. If promotion comes quicker then great.

@ChrisElliott80

Fergie and Posh go together like peas and carrots.
