‘Terrible rounds’ in club Championship

March Golf Club host their Club Championship Final on Saturday.

The top 20 players from the qualifying round last weekend will take part.

It was almost perfect weather conditions for the qualifying round, which should have resulted in good scores, but there were surprisingly few.

Club captain Rob Henshaw said: “A few people had absolutely terrible rounds, but I was even worse!

“There can be no excuses, the course is in great condition.”
