Horrible Histories - Barmy Britain and Billionaire Boy

Various car parks in April

Due to the demands of children (and their parents) across the land, HORRIBLE HISTORIES BARMY BRITAIN is back to entertain families this Easter, though sadly not in Peterborough! Having staged their unique Covid-safe production to delighted audiences over the past summer and then helping thousands of families plug the pantoless gap with Horrible Christmas, Birmingham Stage Company and Coalition Agency have added 25 shows to the Car Park Party Easter line up - including Newark Showground, just up the A1 (April 6), and in neighbouring Northampton, at Franklins Gardens (April 7).

HORRIBLE HISTORIES - BARMY BRITAIN features Queen Boudicca, King Henry VIII, Guy Fawkes, Dick Turpin, Queen Victoria and more historical characters from our barmy past!

Neal Foster, Actor/ Director, Birmingham Stage Company says, “I’m over the moon to be back on tour with Barmy Britain after it’s hugely successful tour last summer. It’s weird and wonderful to be performing in car parks and to see the audience having fun behind their windshields. We can’t wait to get back out there”. The same venues are also staging the adaptaion of David Walliams’ Billionaire Boy (Newark April 6, Northampton April 8). Tickets priced from £39.50 (+ £2.50 booking fee) & T&C’s are available at carparkparty. com.
