STREAMING We the People Netflix, from Sunday

It can be all-but impossible to avoid politics these days, no matter which side of the Pond or Channel you’re on. However, if you fancy refreshing what you think you know about US civics, then this cracking 10-part series will be just the ticket. It blends music and animation to educate viewers about the power of the people, and covers a range of basic lessons in not-so-basic ways. As if a heady mix of groundbrea­king animated styles isn’t enough to whet your appetite, it also features a slew of original songs performed by renowned artists such as H.E.R., Janelle Monae, Brandi Carlile, Lin-Manuel

Miranda, Adam Lambert, Cordae, Bebe Rexha, KYLE and Andra Day, and poetry from Amanda Gorman.

DOCUMENTAR­Y William & Harry: Princes at War? Channel 5, 8pm, Saturday

As speculatio­n heats up around the relationsh­ip between Harry and William, this documentar­y asks: are the rumours of a rift true? The two princes have grown up – in the media spotlight – and are rumoured to have grown apart. They now have separate charities, split social media accounts, different staff and two households. Friends, royal experts and commentato­rs analyse how this sibling relationsh­ip has changed over the years, from the strong bond they formed, to meeting their new wives and starting families of their own.

DRAMA The Handmaid’s Tale C4, 9pm, Sunday

The fourth season of this deservedly multi-awardwinni­ng drama has never pulled its punches, but be warned: the latest instalment, which also marks Elisabeth Moss’ directoria­l debut, is particular­ly tough going. In Gilead’s clutches, June is faced with a vengeful Aunt Lydia and endures a brutal, tortuous interrogat­ion but refuses to give up the other handmaids’ location. Meanwhile, Nick and Lawrence collaborat­e in an effort to protect June, but their attempt doesn’t have the intended outcome, leaving her once again facing heartbreak. However, just when she thinks things can’t get any worse, more tragedy lies in wait.

SPORT Athletics: Diamond League Stockholm

BBC Two, 3pm, Sunday, not Northern Ireland

The world’s best athletes converge on Stockholm for the fifth leg of the Diamond League series. The Brits impressed in Sweden last year, with Laura Muir, left, storming to victory in the 1500m with the fastest time in the world up to that point in 2020 – three minutes 57 seconds. Plus, sprinter Adam Gemili won the 200m, and Muir’s housemate Jemma Reekie finished way out in front in the 800m.
