Zoe had everything to live for – parents

- BY ASHLEIGH BARBOUR

The heartbroken parents of a teenager who was killed in a crash last week on an Aberdeenshire road said she had “everything to live for”.

Zoe Dunn had been travelling between Bridge of Feugh and Durris on Thursday afternoon when she lost control of her car.

The 18-year-old’s blue Renault Clio left the South Deeside Road and crashed into a tree.

Yesterday, Zoe’s parents Stephen and Debbie said they were finding it hard to come to terms with the death of their “precious, cherished” daughter.

Zoe, of Bellwood Drive, Aboyne, left school last year and had been working as a domestic assistant at Allachburn Care Home, Aboyne.

“An immense sadness is over whelming the family at this time,” they said.

“Zoe had everything to live for and had planned and successfully been accepted to begin college in September to follow her dream to become a nurse.

“Zoe had a love for life and shared her time with lots of friends and her boyfriend Scott Inglis, who she loved dearly.”

The teenager’s funeral will take place at Aberdeen Crematorium on Friday at 2.55pm.

Any donations made at the door will be donated to local charities.

Zoe was one of two teenagers killed in northeast road accidents in just three days.

Conor Donald – also 18 – had been driving in Beach Esplanade on Saturday morning when his red Fiat Pun to was involved in a collision with a van.

The Newmachar teenager had passed his driving test less than a month before.

Just days before the crash that killed zoe, northeast father Jamie Greig, 31, was killed on South Deeside Road.
