VSA ball is golden ticket for guests
What: Aberdeen social care charity VSA’s annual fundraising ball.
Where: Ardoe House Hotel in Aberdeen.
Who: The event, which was hosted by Deacon Blue drummer Dougie Vipond, was based on the iconic children’s classic Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, and all monies raised from the night will go towards supporting the charity’s mental health services that it delivers across Aberdeen.
Why: The event raised £109,000 from donations and pledges. Established in 1870, VSA has helped thousands of the most vulnerable people and their families living in communities across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
