Fish frier in award bid

A fish frier at Lows Traditional Fish and Chips in Westhill has been shortlisted for a national fish and chip award.

Alex Walker, 22, will go up against five other candidates from across the UK for the title of Young Fish Frier of the Year.

The winner will be announced in January.
