Cala Homes is offering a fast-track option in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

It has “Ready for You” homes which are already complete, allowing buyers to potentially occupy in as little as four weeks.

Many of the homes for sale can be viewed remotely via Cala’s new virtual guided tours service, and following the easing of lockdown restrictions these can also be visited in person via appointments.

Ready for You homes can be found in The Grove in Inverurie, Milltimber Manor in Aberdeen, Craibstone Estate in Aberdeen and Craigton Mews in Cults.

One such home is The Lewis, a luxury fivebedroom detached home with a separate dining room which could double as a second study or playroom, and a double integral garage.

Two of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities and there’s a spacious kitchen/ dining/family area, formal lounge and two patios.
