Five-match abuse ban
York City goalkeeper Scott Flinders has been banned for five matches for using abusive language that included a reference to colour or race.
The 30-year-old, who has made more than 50 appearances for the Minstermen since arriving from Hartlepool in 2015, had an FA misconduct charge against him proven by an independent regulatory commission following the incident in a League Two match against Wimbledon in March.
Flinders was also fined £1,250 and ordered to complete an education course within four months.
