Man who killed his baby loses appeal

A man who attacked his heavily pregnant exgirlfriend, killing their unborn baby, after she refused to have an abortion, has lost his appeal against a life sentence.

At the Old Bailey in December 2015 , teaching assistant Kevin Wilson, 23, was convicted and jailed for a minimum 16 years. Yesterday three appeal judges upheld the life sentence, but reduced the minimum term to 14 years.
