Group wins £10,000 prize

A consortium featuring food and drink businesses from across the Highlands and Islands has won a prize worth up to £10,000.

Made in Scotland – Collaborative Export Solutions, which offers a range of products including salmon, cheese, cakes and charcuterie as well as craft gin, craft beer and whisky, was one of six winners of the £60,000 Collaboration Prize, delivered by Cooperative Development Scotland on behalf of Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE).

Members of the group include Cobbs, the Cairngorm Brewery, Shetland Distillery, R & B Distillers and the Scottish Salmon Company.
