Mind Over Marathon (BBC1, 9pm-10pm) Nick Knowles presents the conclusion of the two-part documentary following a group of runners with mental health issues as they train for the London Marathon. The remaining runners attempt longer and longer distances and even travel to Wales for a mountain run. They are taking part in the marathon with Heads Together, a campaign led by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry - and the royal trio turn up to a training session to meet the runners and hear their stories. It proves a massive boost to the runners, but will it be enough to get them to the finishing line?
