FM must admit Indyref2 is dead

SIR, – First Minister Nicola Sturgeon needs to urgently make it clear that Indyref2 is dead in the water as the result from the recent general election which has turned the north-east of Scotland into a Tory blue stronghold and is likely to be repeated with the next elections for MSPs not that far away.

The people of Scotland have spoken clearly in their rejection of Indyref2 and the Scottish Government needs to be told by their leader the cold facts of life otherwise they will get another bloody nose.
