The Hotel Inspector

Over the course of 10 episodes, Alex Polizzi will lend a helping hand to those who are struggling to keep their businesses afloat. The run begins with Polizzi travelling to Southport, where John and Mel, latecomers to the trade, have opened a craft ale bar and started to turn the flats above it into a hotel.
