‘Vulnerable’ city woman missing

A “vulnerable” woman has been reported missing in Inverness after not being seen in almost 48 hours.

Alison Mcdiarmid was last seen on Wyvis Place in the Merkinch area of the city on Tuesday evening.

The 50-year-old is described as white, 5ft 5in with brown shoulder-length hair and of slim build.

When last seen she was wearing a flowery skirt, grey cardigan and green jacket.
