Time to tackle Scotland’s potholes

SIR, – I so concur with the sentiments of Gill Martin’s letter of July 22.

I too have just returned from Ireland where the roads both in the north and south were a joy to drive on.

There was not a pothole in sight. Returning to Scotland, we bumped our way home. Come on the Scottish Government, it’s time to get all of our roads sorted. Carol Medlock, Mains of Haulkerton, Laurencekirk.
