Weir looking for new Elgin goalkeeper

Elgin City manager Jim Weir is again on the lookout for a new goalkeeper as trialist David Crawford will not be available for Saturday’s game against Annan.

The 31-year-old, who has played for nine senior clubs and was recently released by Partick Thistle, kept a clean sheet as the Borough Briggs men defeated Stirling Albion 4-0 last Saturday, but work commitments mean he cannot play on Saturday.
