Consider climate for cafe seating

SIR, – Reading all about the masterplan for Broad Street, I couldn’t help but notice there is an area for cafe seating which sounds very good.

I can’t remember walking along Broad Street without there being wind; I am not sure it would be my first choice to have a refreshment.
