Kusal Mendis’ maiden one-day international cricket century helped Sri Lanka pile up 311 all out against Bangladesh only for rain in Dambulla to wipe out the remainder of the match. The hosts, who lost the series opener by 90 runs at the weekend, must win the final fixture of three on Saturday to earn a 1-1 draw.
