Cowardly attack on ‘frail’ man

A frail man was left unconscious after a “cowardly attack” in North Ayrshire.

Three men approached the 47-yearold as he walked in open fields in Irvine on Friday. He was hit on the head with a blunt object which left him unconscious, and the men ran off with his money and other items.
