Bottoms up . . . relief for beastie bites

-

Last week I wrote in praise of Jura. I'm now back from my seven days in paradise on the idyllic isle. I am basking in the warm glow of a week well spent and a sun tan topped up.

Even the emergence of millions of terrible wee beasties couldn't put a dampener on my visit.

But the itching has begun. Both to return, but also from the midge bites.

Which reminds me of some valuable advice I received about treating the swelling sores. Few things other than a stiff breeze seem to deter the attention of the hungry hoards. But after the midges have munched, what to do?

As long as you can deal with the mild embarrassment of asking for it at your local chemists the answer is haemorrhoid cream.

It works. Instant relief. All over your body. So whether the beasties bite your bum or your tum, buy now before stocks run out.
