Teen admits stabbing two men
A teenager has admitted stabbing twoyoungmen during mass disorder at Hyde Park on one of the hottest days of the year.
Violence broke out in central London on the evening of July 19 after up to 4,000 people gathered on the banks of the Serpentine to enjoy a water fight.
During the disturbance, Joshua Clements, 18, from Hammersmith, west London, attacked two 19- year- old men with a hunting knife, leaving them with serious injuries.
Clements, who tried to disguise himself in a camouflage print mask, stabbed one of his victims in the stomach inside the park.
He knifed the other victim in the chest and arms in nearby Cumberland Gate, ScotlandYard said.

Clements was arrested on July 27 and a weapon, which was later linked to one of the crimes, was seized from his home.
At a brief hearing at the Old Bailey, Clements pleaded guilty to two charges of causing grievous bodily harm with intent; carrying an offensive weapon; two counts of handling stolen goods; and possession of a class A drug with intent to supply. Sentencing was adjourned to a future hearing.
Detective Chief Inspector NicolaWall said: “Clements is a violent individual who targeted two innocent people, thinking he could evade justice. I ampleased that the overwhelming evidence against him has persuaded him to plead guilty to these offences.”
