Balloch Park, the new residential and holiday development from Mains of Taymouth Country Estate & Golf Course at Kenmore, is offering upmarket timber lodge retreats, designed and built by Blairish Restorations, from just £160,000.

Buyers can live permanently at Balloch Park, which enjoys a stunning setting with the banks of the River Tay on one side and Drummond Hill on the other.

The high quality lodge homes have a contemporary design which blends perfectly with the local environment, and while they can be lived in all year round, they are also proving popular as holiday homes.

Balloch Park is six miles from Aberfeldy, and features a choice of 38 bespoke two and three bedroom lodges of which 16 are available in phase one. Included in every generous-sized lodge is a luxurious en-suite bathroom, dressing room, custom fitted luxury kitchen with built in appliances, utility room and log burning stove, all supplied as standard.

Unlike other lodge homes which arrive on site preerected, the lodges here are built from scratch by Blairish, to order and buyers can personalise these to their own requirements, subject to build schedule and reservation date.

All lodges are complete with full central heating while exceptional insulation and double glazing helps keep maintenance and running costs low.

Managing director, Robin Menzies, said: “If it’s privacy and seclusion you are after, together with a superbly constructed and visually appealing lodge home, which can be either your permanent residence for a new lifestyle or your holiday home, you will find it here at Balloch Park.

“Our high specification lodges represent amazing value for money. The location could not be better, just a short distance away from the main resort. We have numerous popular facilities including nine-hole golf course, on site restaurant, shop and equestrian centre.

“Blairish Restorations are a company we trust completely. Together we have developed and expanded our property business to its present level, as one of Scotland’s premier self catering resorts with a pleasing blend of old and new holiday home and lettings accommodation.”
