Mod birthday boy Jonathan sets men a good example

Traditional medal for adult males has just two entries,

It was all smiles for one very happy boy who won the Alasdair Macinnes Memorial Cup and the Geoff MacLaren Memorial Shield the day before his seventh birthday.

Jonathan MacDonald won both solo singing and oral competitions in the five to six year-old age group.

Mum Flora Ann from Kilmuir, Skye, said: “We are pleased for him, it is his first time entering and he worked very hard.”
