Sick RAF man paid woman to sit on toddlers

Pervert who posed as filmmaker had obscene images of children

A FORMER RAF serviceman has admitted persuading a woman to film herself sitting on toddlers for his sexual gratification.

Andrew Kerr, 35, got the woman to stand on him as a “stunt”, then convinced her to carry out his sick requests, saying she would be paid. Dundee Sheriff Court was told that the woman sent him seven videos.

Fiscal depute Eilidh Robertson told the court yesterday that the videos showed the toddlers “extremely distressed, crying out, and attempting to escape from underneath her”. Kerr, pictured, had also tried to incite a second woman, from Elgin, to do the same and had indecent images of children at RAF bases in Moray and Cyprus. The offences took place between 2012 and 2018.

Sheriff Alastair Carmichael deferred sentence for background reports and put Kerr on the Sex Offenders Register.

An RAF serviceman posed as a stuntman and filmmaker to persuade a woman to video herself sitting on babies for his sexual gratification.

Andrew Kerr, 35, told the woman, from Arbroath, that the more bizarre and cruel videos she sent him, the more she’d be paid.

Dundee Sheriff Court was told that the woman – who he met on Facebook – carried out his sick requests and sent him a total of seven videos.

Kerr had also tried to incite a second woman, from Elgin, to do the same and had indecent images of children at RAF bases in Moray and Cyprus.

Fiscal depute Eilidh Robertson told the court yesterday that the videos showed the toddlers “extremely distressed, crying out, and attempting to escape from underneath her”.

She said he paid the woman to stand on him as a “stunt” and then incited her to sit on babies in return for payment.

She added: “He encouraged her to carry out the assault, giving her detailed instructions.”

In a series of messages to the woman, he said: “It brings a new meaning to babysitting.

“The last actress was bouncing on the baby and everything, ha ha.”

When the Arbroath woman sent him the first of seven videos, Kerr replied:

“Brilliant, he loves it by the look of it. Lol.”

Miss Robertson told the court the final video shows her kneeling on the child.

The videos ran from four to 40 seconds, and the court was told that if they had runforanylongerthelives of the children would have been put in danger.

The court was told Kerr had 93 messages on his phone to the Elgin woman.

He paid for her to sit on him, and said he was making documentaries about methods of dying including trampling and suffocation.

Kerr told the woman he would pay her £65 to “sit on or squash a baby”. The court was told he pulled out of the meeting at the last minute.

When searches were carried out at RAF bases in Lossiemouth and Cyprus, Kerr was found to have indecent photos and videos of babies and children.

“He made a full confession,” Miss Robertson said. “He said he was disgusted with himself for looking at the material but could not stop it. He said it spiralled out of control after the death of his mother.”

Kerr, discharged from the RAF in November last year because of this case and now living in Dunoon, admitted that between November 2012 and July 2018 he had indecent images at the two bases and at his home.

He also admitted that on various occasions in April 2017 he tried to incite a woman in Elgin to assault a child by sitting and standing on them.

He admitted inciting a second woman in Arbroath to assault two children aged just over a year old by sitting on their heads and bodies in June 2018.

Sheriff Alastair Carmichael deferred sentence for background reports and put Kerr on the Sex Offenders Register.

“He encouraged her to carry out assault, giving instructions”
