TONBRIDGE JUDDIANS maintain their one point advantage at the top of the table following a bonus point 24-0 win at home to Westcliff.

Hugo Watson went in for two tries, with Tom Nicholl and Jon McMahon claiming one each, Liam Prescott on hand with two conversion­s. Wimbledon keep up the chase, beating Hertford 14-26 away at Highfields. Dave Bennett, Roy Godfrey, Jesse Muir and Josh Charles were the try scorers with Brian Coke successful with three conversion­s. Paddy Kelly and Dave Archer crossed for the home side with Ben Lloyd and Bayden Kerr sharing kicking duties.

Westcombe Park slip back a touch, going down 25-16 away in Guernsey. Owen Thomas led the way for the home side with a try, two conversion­s, a penalty and a drop goal. Ned Brown and Jason Batiste were the other try scorers. For Par, Charlie Edwards crossed for their only try converted by Alex Campbell to add to three first-half penalties from Frankie Neil.

Dorking beat relegation-threatened

Colchester 25-15. Matt Noble was the main points scorer with a try, two conversion­s and two penalties, other points coming from a try by Ed Carne and a penalty try. Brandon Fanolua led a late rally with two tries, the second converted by James Crozier to add to an earlier penalty, but it was never enough.

Shelford took the bonus point following a 277 win at home to

Chichester. Jamie Beswick, Tuli Paea and Mike Gillick were the try scorers with a penalty try to bring up the fourth, Simon Hrbek slotting two conversion­s and a penalty. Southend Saxons claimed a much needed four points, winning 24-12

at home to Amersham

and Chiltern. Jaid Wiltshire, Marcus Bloomberg and George Griffiths were the try scorers for the home side, with Brad Burr on target with three penalties. Lloyd Anderson and Jordan Scott crossed for the visitors.

In the final game of the round Sutton and Epsom beat Guildford 21-18.

Both Southend Saxons and Sutton and Epson move out of the relegation zone with Chichester slipping back to 12th place.
