Crymych move off bottom with first win in five

In One East, Penallta now lead the way after a 28-0 win at Ynysybwl and take from Brynmawr whose game with Pontypool United was postponed. Laurence Pritchard, Matt Jackson, Corey Tucker and Joseph Scrivens scored for Penallta. In One East Central, Glamorgan went top after beating Dinas Powys 20-6. Will Adams-Jones scored twice with Myles Churcher also going over for the Wanderers – who now top the table on try count from Treorchy – whose game with Llantrisant was postponed.
