CHRIS Clayton was at the double to help Ystrad

Rhondda to a 32-5 home victory over Heol y Cyw –a result that sent them top of One East Central in the only Division One match to be played yesterday – with the focus instead turning to the National Plate and Bowl competitions..

Ryan Howells, Gerwyn Davies and Adam Lewis also crossed the whitewash in a five-star performance while Corey Shephard added two conversions a penalty.
