Bedwas continue revival as they down rivals Cross Keys
BEDWAS continued their form after they overpowered Gwent rivals Cross Keys at Gwent derby.
After losing three on the bounce, the hosts made it back-to-back triumphs after beating Bargoed the week before.
Bedwas started on fire but a breakaway converted try scored by visiting lock Josh Skinner was against the run of play.
Home stand-off Steffan Jones kicked a penalty before Keys struck again with home wing Matthew John in the sin bin for taking a player out in the air, centre Leon Andrews crossing for another converted touchdown after a crosskick by the outsidehalf Josh Prosser.

Bedwas went further ahead after Waite got a carbon copy try, converted by the accurate Jones.
Jones kicked another penalty before Keys gave them a real scare when captain and openside Scott Matthews crossed for a converted try from a quick-tap penalty to make it 29-24.
Jones took them eight points clear with his fifth penalty of the game.
