GUERNSEY maintain their six-point lead at the head of the table following an 11-try demolition of Sidcup.

Anthony Armstrong led the charge with a hat-trick of tries, while Sam Whitehead and Dan Hill bagged two apiece. Other tries came from Cameron Caine, Luke Jones, Tom Ceilan plus a penalty try, while Owen Thomas successful with six conversion­s in the 69-5 win.

Barnes refuse to be shaken off in second spot taking the bonus point in beating Westcliff 35-7.

Danny Rudduck, Max Murray, Alex Hind and Tom McArthur were the try scorers all converted by Charlie Wicks. For Westcliff, Sam Brown crossed for their only try converted by Jack Jones.

Tring are not out of contention after a 25-5 win at home to Southend Saxons. Jack Flannagan went in for two with Sam Barnes and Ben Criddle over for one each.

Hertford were 39-8 winners away at Sutton and Epsom. Rory Seymour, Michael Allen with two, Sean Taylor, Sam Walker and Torran McDougall were the visitors’ try scorers with Taylor also landing three conversion­s to add to an early penalty. Sam Whittaker was the try scorer for the home side.

Westcombe Park appear on the up, edging it 11-10 at home to Tunbridge Wells. Claude Springate was the home try scorer with Will Robinson kicking two penalties. For Tunbridge Wells Shadyn Osgood was the try scorer converted by Frank Reynolds to add to an earlier penalty.

Charlie Parkhouse took the honours with four tries as Shelford recorded a 64-0 win over Guildford. In addition to Parkhouse's four, Simon Hrbek and Adelea Moa crossed for two apiece with Ricky McIver and Kennett O'Neill also on the try sheet, Josh Simmons contributi­ng seven conversion­s.

Dorking were 24-10 winners away at Towcestria­ns. Cameron Pimlow, James Arbury, Jasper King and Finn Osborne were the try scorers with Matt Noble hitting two conversion­s.

At the foot of the table Towcestria­ns look to have too much ground to make up with Southend Saxons also falling off the pace.

However, Westcombe Park are still in with a shout of avoiding the drop after their win.
