TATA Steel were in irresistible form as they ran in seven tries to thrash basement boys Glynneath 41-5.

Ryan Davies landed a hat-trick of tries while Jacob Lewis, Geraint Watkins, Simon Evans and Dai Griggs all followed him over the whitewash.

Josh Morris bagged a consolation try for Glynneath, who fell to their 12th league defeat of the season.

Trebanos made it three wins in a row with a 22-10 success over Cardiff Met.

Chris Forshaw, Tom Dew, Kieron Weightman and Matthew Edwards secured the bonus-point win.

Newcastle Emlyn got the better of Rhydyfelin to seal a 27-20 victory. Ashley Sutton, Teifion Davies and Alex Williams crashed over with Mitchell Jones kicking the rest for Emlyn.

In reply, Luke Waygood, Scott Pritchard and Corey Bushell touched down and David Gratton kicked a conversion and penalty.
