Brilliant Bingham strikes to clinch victory

- By STEVE SMITH

SPANISH international Emiliano Calle Rivas ran the show as Sale secured another impressive bonuspoint victory against Birmingham Moseley.

The hosts took no time to open the scoring through full-back Kieran Wilkinson, who scored both the try and conversion before also adding a penalty soon after for 10-0.

James Williams then got the visitors on the board with a penalty but they were further behind after winger Anthony Bingham scored in the corner for the host’s second try.

Sale's third came in the 19th minute through Matt Bradley before the visitors responded with their first try through Ryan Roach.

Centre Williams then added the extras before slotting a penalty to reduce the deficit to seven points heading into the break, 2013.

He then slotted again soon after the restart before giving the visitors the lead for the first time when he converted Alex Hearle's try after 54 minutes.

Tom Ailes unconverted try in the corner on the hour put Sale back in front before the hosts got the crucial next score through Neil Briggs with Wilkinson adding the extras.

Moseley responded, setting up a grandstand finish, after Louis Roach finished off a well-worked team move with Williams converting.

Sale finally put the game to bed through Bingham, who darted past a defender to score his second try.
