HARROGATE head the table after thrashing

Kirkby Lonsdale 57-12. Tom Driscoll went in for a hat-trick, with Jonny Coser, Harry Barnard, Matt Lansdall, Sam Parry and Sean Brady going over for one apiece.

Sam Fox was successful with six conversion­s.

Sam Barton and Scott Armstrong were try scorers for the visitors, with Mike Fearon adding one conversion.

Billingham were 43-20 winners at home to Sandal.

It was 19-13 at the interval through tries from Martin Hopley, Lewis Roxby and Joe Evans, with Peter Evans slotting two conversion­s.

Sandal scored a try through Adam Hopkinson, converted by Luke Punton, who also kicked two penalties.

The early stages of the second half was also close, with Matthew Kirby crossing for the home side before Sandal came back into it with a try from Declan Thompson, converted by Punton, but into the final ten minutes further tries for Billingham from Dominic McAllorum, Kirkby, his second, and Peter Evans, who also slotted two more conversion­s, sealed the win.

Alnwick got the better of Lymm 20-17 in a controvers­ial match at Greenfield.

Callum Burn and Rob Cuthbert were the try scorers for the home side, both converted by Ian Moir..

All Lymm's points came from Cormack Nolan, with a try and four penalties.

Newcomers Blackburn beat Blaydon 33-31 with tries from Corey Logan (2), Sam Chadwick and Scott Richardson, Leon Fifield adding four conversion­s.

Ron Lenderyou, Dan Marshall, Alex Charlton and Drew Davidson crossed for the visitors, with Nathan Horsfall successful with three conversion­s.

Carlisle were 26-23 victors at home to Ilkley with tries from James Telford, Dan Holmes and Steve Benson plus a penalty try. Telford also slotted two conversion­s.

Joes Lowes and Harry Harrison crossed for the visitors, both converted by Charles Ramsey, who also added three penalties.

A try from the final play of the game gave Rossendale the honours 22-27 away to Wirral.

Brad Cave, Tom Bedlow and Curtis Strong were the try scorers, all converted by Lewis Allen, who also kicked two penalties.

James Reeves, Hayden Long and Josh Connolly went in for the home side, with James Annetts, adding two conversion­s and a penalty. Macclesfie­ld were 33-21 winners at home to Morpeth.
