Thumbs-up for rail operator

Rail operator TransPennine Express has seen its overall customer satisfaction rating increase to 87 per cent. The spring 2016 National Rail Passenger Survey canvassed the opinions of over 50,000 rail users on the company’s North route, which includes Scarborough.
