Tissington wins

The South Cliff members were back out again on Saturday for their July Stableford. Matthew Tissington (11) amassed 42 points for his efforts and gave himself a clear three-point margin at the top of Division One. Sam Pottage (4) and Gary Thirkell (5) both finished with 39, Pottage taking second on the countback, despite Thirkell’s eagle three on the last. The top of the second division saw three post 37 points. After the countback Michael Dennis celebrated the win ahead of Paul Widdowfield second with Andrew Noble declared third.
